THE CLIENT

Saracens High School is a school community that has a heartbeat, an identity, and an unwavering sense of who and what it is.

They are one of the schools within the Saracens Multi Academy Trust and they aim to promote friendships, creates special moments, experiences and outstanding memories.

THE SITUATION

Saracens High School initially approached Tel Group with the opportunity to supply their backup connection to the school which was a FTTP 330/50.

They had seen positive social media posts regarding Tel Group that had circulated over the internet and were eager to move away from their incumbent supplier.

They had been disappointed with their incumbent supplier due to lack of communication and account management.

THE RESULT

Tel Group initially provided Saracens High School with their backup broadband solution which was a 330/50 FTTP backup connectivity. 

Having been impressed by the deployment and account management of this, they approached Tel Group to install their leased line (main line connection) and supply them with IP addresses. 

The school had opted for a 1000/1000 leased line. Initially the school had wanted 30 IP addresses but having conducted a meeting to understand the schools requirements, Tel Group were able to determine that the school had only needed the 1 IP address. In turn, this decision saved them £2,610.00 across the initial 36 month contract term.
