Each year, we host an annual Tel Group 2021 awards ceremony in our offices for our employees. This is a way we can highlight and celebrate all the hard work the team have put in over the past year. With awards from employee of the year to best newcomer, it’s great to be able to celebrate all our employees achievements and show our appreciation for their commitments.

Not only will our winners win their awards, but they will also win a £50 bonus. In addition to this, our employee of the year will also get a one night stay at a destination of their choice. It’s definitely something the whole team strives for.
