Iveson Primary School Case Study
CCTV and Telephone Systems
Iveson Primary School is an inspirational school located in Leeds. They pride themselves on providing excellent teaching standards, and ensuring all students are inspired to learn.
They have been a loyal and happy Tel Group customer since 2011 where we’ve provided their telephone systems for over a decade.
Iveson Primary School were exploring their options in regards to school security and knew that CCTV was something they wanted to pursue.
Already holding a strong relationship with Tel Group, Iveson approached us to find out how we could help them implement CCTV to improve the safety of the school, staff and students.
Not only will CCTV result in improved premises security, but it will also aid in reducing bullying, deterring vandalism, reducing crime, controlling unauthorised access, monitoring behaviour and much more.
Our engineering team conducted a site survey at Iveson to analyse their current infrastructure and gain a better understanding on potential camera location, type and quantity. A number of flaws were identified in their current security plans and our engineers outlined the best areas to maximise security.
After our camera location and visibility map was approved, our team later visited the site to install their fully integrated CCTV system with 20 cameras and monitors throughout the school site, eliminating the school’s previous safety concerns.
We ensured that members of staff at Iveson primary school were well informed throughout the entire transition process, as well as providing thorough training on how to get the most out of their CCTV system.
