The role of Executive Network Manager will be leading a group of IT technicians working in schools across the Trust.
Hours: 40 hours a week, 52 weeks a year.
Salary: £37,500 – £40,000 depending on experience.
Location: North West England.

Purpose of the Post:
To take on a lead role in supporting Network Managers in various schools in the North West and supporting the development of a consistent approach to IT across Multi-Academy Trusts & schools.
Lead and support a team of school IT technicians to ensure schools are supported in a timely manner with any technical issues.
Summary of duties to be covered by the post:
- Support strategic development of IT across the schools
- Develop efficient use of IT within the schools by sharing best practice
- Lead and support a group of IT Network Managers and IT technicians
- Ensure IT provides a quality service to the schools and users
- Support the central leadership team with any IT decisions
- Train staff as appropriate to develop confidence in using new systems
- Administration of central systems, including access and email system
- Liaise with 3rd party suppliers/contractors where appropriate
- Provide end user support as required

- Excellent general technological knowledge particularly with Server environments
- Experience of administering a large multisite Google Cloud implementation
